Response-Based Trigger Messages

Set-up follow-up e-mail messages that will deploy based on response to your initial e-mail campaign. You can schedule messages to each of the following groups:
Opens – Everyone who opened the initial e-mail but did not click-through
Click-throughs – Everyone who click-through from the initial e-mail
Non-responders – Everyone who did not open the initial e-mail

Campaign Tracking - e-nalysis & e-leads

One of the great things about e-mail is how quickly you can see how your campaign performed and begin following up with leads. With Agile’s state-of-the-art online campaign tracking system, e-nalysis, you’ll have access to campaign results such as:

  • The number and percent of delivered messages, bounces, opens, and click-throughs
  • Response by 10 education-specific demographics including job title, Title 1 percent and district size
  • Opens and click-throughs by educator name – download reports that include the names, addresses and phone numbers of everyone who responded at no additional charge

With e-nalysis the results of all your e-mail campaigns deployed by Agile are in one easy-to-use system. We can even compare the results of several campaigns in a single report.

Our new e-leads reports provided up-to-the-minute tracking the instant your campaign deploys. Log-in and see how many e-mails have deployed and who has responded – as they respond. Download the contact information for educators who opened your message and/or clicked through so you can follow-up with them the same day they expressed interest in your product. You'll even receive e-mail addresses for those educators who clicked a link in your message.

e-leads also includes a proprietary Agile Lead Score that ranks responding educators based on a combination of demographic variables including school and district funding and expenditures. Use the Lead Score to prioritize your follow-up and respond to the hottest leads first.
